Intro
The Mattracks TD300 Series is a purpose-built rubber track conversion system for road graders operating in soft, sandy, or unstable terrain. Designed to support graders with gross vehicle weights around 30,000 lbs, with engineering capability extending beyond 40,000 lbs, the TD300 enables full grading functionality in environments where pneumatic tires struggle and steel tracks introduce unnecessary surface disturbance. Using a hub-mounted Tandem Drive architecture, the TD300 increases ground contact area while preserving grader geometry, delivering consistent traction, improved flotation, and smoother grading performance across challenging conditions.

Tandem Drive Architecture
Uses a floating bearing, hub-mounted Tandem Drive system that drives the track from a single axle while distributing load across both drive axles. This design reduces torsional stress, prevents track folding, and maintains stable, predictable grader operation
Grading Stability & Control
By dramatically increasing ground contact area, the TD300 improves flotation and minimizes machine bounce. Rubber tracks span surface depressions instead of reacting to them, allowing for smoother blade control and more uniform finished surfaces
Built for Consistent Grades
Use cases
Sand & Soft Soil
Maintain traction and grading capability in sandy or loose terrain where tires routinely sink and stall.
Infrastructure & Energy
Operate on sensitive surfaces with reduced ground pressure for solar fields, corridors, and utility projects.
Remore & Specialized Operations
Improve jobsite access and productivity in environments where recovery delays and downtime are costly.
